Binaural Beats
Binaural Beats

What are Binaural Beats?
Binaural Beats produce frequencies that our brains naturally go through on a day-to-day basis.

Can I hear them?
There is a very slight humming noise in the background. It is barely perceptible and becomes less so after a few minutes (unless you try specifically to focus on it). It is very unlikely that you will notice it and will be able to be swept along with the music.

Relaxation Album
The relaxation tracks use frequencies that take you to the theta state of mind. This will help you obtain a deep and restful state and has been dubbed as the closest to sleep as you can consciously get.

Exercise

Other Uses for Binaural Beats
Exercising the mind
There have been a lot of studies that suggest binaural beats can improve visual retention and memory. The exercise tracks can be used in the background for study sessions or while working to heighten concentration and focus.

Visualising your future
Using binaural beats with your visualisations mean more focus, more feelings, more vivid pictures and sensations, leading to better results.

To pep you up/After a heavy night
Binaural beats are great when you are lacking energy and when you are in need of a natural hangover cure. Listening to any of the albums can lift you out of the worst of your funk.
They are also great for a mid afternoon slump - particularly if you are at work and need the power of a power nap when you are not in a position to be able to go to sleep (without being fired!).

Who should not use Binaural Beats?
Binaural beats are very safe and have no adverse side effects but there are a small number of people who we would advise to take extreme caution or not use them.
If you fall into any of the following categories, you should consult your doctor or physician before using binaural beats:

- If you are prone to seizures then it is recommended that you never try any type of binaural beats.
Due to the consistent emitting pulse sound and the influence of brainwave frequencies, this can bring on seizures
for people that are known to suffer from them.

- Although completely safe, it is recommended that you do not use binaural beats on children.
Even children with no health issues are more prone to seizures than adults.
Also children may be epileptic but no-one has become aware of it. There is a risk binaural beats could
bring out these issues in young children so it is recommended that you do not use them.

- You should never use binaural beats while operating any type of machinery.
Binaural beats put you into an extremely relaxed state and could cause you to lose focus.
Anything that requires your undivided attention should not be combined with binaural beats.
Any person with extreme health issues should not use binaural beats. Although binaural beats have been used to help serious
health problems, if you are severely ill you should only use binaural beats under the supervision of your doctor or physician.

If none of the above information relates to you then you are completely safe to use binaural beats.
