How will I receive my album?
Once you have made your purchase you will be sent an email confirmation which will include a zip file of your album
How will I receive my statements list?
If you have chosen an album including the encouragement statements, either audible or subliminal - when you receive your email confirmation with the album attached, the zip file containing the album will also contain the pdf file containing the statements.
Why do you not have Binaural Beats as an option on the children's album?
The only group of people warned against using Binaural Beats without a doctors approval are those who suffer from seizures.
As even children with no health issues are generally more prone to seizures than adults are (especially the very young), it is better to err on the side of caution. There is also a possibility children may be epileptics and not yet know it.
On the plus side, binaural beats have been used for children with ADD and ADHD but it is best they are used with children in a controlled environment and definitely with doctors approval.
Who writes the music?
All tracks composed and recorded by Mark Hatter.
Mark has been playing a variety of musical instruments, most notably piano and guitar, since the age of 7. He has been involved in music production for over 15 years and has a wealth of knowledge and experience in musical composition, arrangement and mixing.
Mark has worked with us to create sophisticated music designed to work with your moods and emotions.
Why do you have both female and male voices as options?
Purely for personal preference.
I have purchased my album(s) but I have not yet received the audio files email and/or pdf statement files email.
Transactions are processed automatically but there may be delays on the mail servers on either of our ends. Please allow 6 hours and if this still has not arrived, please contact us at orders@manawamusic.com and we will get these sent out to you as soon as possible.
The mp3s I received will not play

How can I pay for my purchases?
Our shopping cart allows purchases with any credit or debit card.
Do you accept money orders or cheques/checks?
We cannot, unfortunately, accept either of these. Our automated delivery system is only set up online transactions with credit or debit cards, to make it quick and easy.
What about shipping and delivery?
The mp3s are delivered digitally via email. Once your payment clears you will recieve the email with a zip file attached.
Do you accept International payments? Do you ship globally?
Yes, all our products can go anywhere an e-mail can go.
What about refunds?
If you have an issue with the product, and it is really not what you wanted or expected, then we are happy to discuss this with you to find out why you are disappointed. We do very much doubt, however, that this will ever be the case.
Can I listen to the music anywhere?
The exercise music can be listened to anywhere, but the relaxation music should not be listened to when driving or operating heavy machinery.
If listening to the relaxation music in bed, do not fall asleep while wearing headphones. If you sleep wearing headphones, the headphone cord may wind around your neck, which may cause suffocation.
